Hyundai Ranks 1st in 2011 Customer Loyalty Engagement Index

Hyundai is on a roll, raking in one accolade after another. Most recently, the Japanese automaker was ranked Number 1 by Brand Keys, within the automotive category of their 2011 Customer Loyalty Engagement Index. Brand Keys is a New-York based customer loyalty and engagement consultancy that publishes their Customer Loyalty Engagement Index annually. The Index examines customer's relationships with over 500 different brands in nearly 80 different categories.

In J.D. Power and Associates' 2010 Initial Quality Study, Hyundai ranked third among non-premium nameplates and seventh among all nameplates, including luxury. Continuing their onward-and-upward momentum in quality ratings, is their more recent success in J.D. Power and Associates' annual Vehicle Dependability Study.
