Turn on your A/C to de-fog quickly

Anyone who’s dealt with their car’s windshield fogging up knows it can be both frustrating and dangerous. Window fog is due to condensation, so understanding the cause of that condensation will go a long way toward quickly eliminating your foggy windows.

It may be hard to believe but the quickest and best option may surprise you! Turn on your Air Conditioning! Generally when you run into foggy windshields it’s because of the condensation due to the temperature imbalance between the interior and exterior of your car. And normally this is in the winter. Well, did you know Air Conditioners are also built in dehumidifiers? That’s right, I personally run my A/C ALL year long. Your A/C can blow hot dry air even when it’s -5 degrees out!
